ADF attorneys to speak at Supreme Court Wednesday on TN law protecting children

WHO:  Alliance Defending Freedom CEO, President, and General Counsel Kristen Waggoner, ADF Center for Public Policy Director and Senior Counsel Matt Sharp

WHAT:  Waggoner will be one of several speakers at a press conference organized by Do No Harm following oral arguments in United States of America v. Skrmetti, supporting Tennessee’s efforts to defend its law protecting children from dangerous transition procedures. Sharp will be one of several speaking at a rally prior to oral arguments.

WHEN:  Wednesday, Dec. 4. Press conference will take place immediately after oral arguments conclude; rally will begin at 8 a.m. EST, prior to oral arguments.

WHERE:  In front of the U.S. Supreme Court building, 1 First St. NE, Washington
